Opening hours:
You can send in your order any time of the week non-stop (for 24 hours a day), our system automatically make a record of it and sends you an e-mail -acknowledging your order- onto the e-mail address you gave at registration. The orders are worked up on weekdays from 9-17. You can pick up your orders personally on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00
Browsing:
You can browse in our web shop without placing any order as well. In that case you do not need to give your personal details. While browsing you can also choose any products which will be temporarily stored until you register. After signing in these items can be ordered immediately without choosing them again. To view our products we set up a multi-level menu system. The links on our home page help you to choose a category where your required product belongs to. By clicking on the category you will view a detailed list of our products. After choosing an item you get onto the information page with a photo and a technological description on.
Privacy Policy information
We inform you that your personally identifiable information will be stored in order to use them in contracts, and to prove the terms of conditions in the future.
We do not pass on your details to any third parties unless if it has a co-operation agreement with our firm, which is necessary to execute the contract. In that case they are never entitled to keep, to use, or to pass on any of your personally identifiable information to other parties.
We protect your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Law.
Searching options:
*QUICK SEARCH option: helps choosing the products and buying them. By giving a word or a syllabus you can search in the list or in the description of the items.
*COMPLEX SEARCH option: assists you to search on a wider scale, either in the description of the items, or by the name of the manufacturer, or within a price limit.
Placing orders:
To place a valid order you always have to register first, and then give your details on delivery and invoice. When you register you are asked to fill in the form as appropriate. There is also a possibility to give a different delivery and invoice address, so in that way you can even send presents from our web shop. It is also possible to choose a product before and after registration, and place it into a basket. There you can choose the method of delivery and payment. After providing the delivery address, the cost of delivery is automatically calculated by our software.
